DeAnna Reposa is a holistic health and sustainable lifestyle coach.  A busy wife, mother, designer and entrepreneur, DeAnna spent years trying to make peace with her body.  "After trying countless diet and exercise trends I was consistently discouraged," she explains.   "'Calories in, calories out' did not work for me."  It was not until she found Integrative Nutrition that everything made sense.  Her practice is based on this simple understanding--what worked for one person does not always work for another.  We are all unique so we need a personalized approach to health.

After years of fad diets that left me heavier, discouraged and unhappy,  I finally found what my body needs.    Through my education with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition I am finally at peace with myself.  I have been able to help others end the cycle of frustration with simple sustainable changes.

How it works:

I want to work directly with you to uncover what has been getting in the way of you feeling your best.  After the initial health history consultation we will discuss where you are and where you would like to be. During the coaching program  you become very in tune with your body and learn what works for you.  There are no fad diets, special food to buy or crazy strict programs while we work to uncover  your bio-individuality. In addition to twice monthly 50 minute meetings (online, phone or in person depending on location) you will receive a series of recommendations, recipes and email support.  No two programs are the same as each person is different.  Together, you and I decide your path but most importantly you take charge of your health and well being.  Your first step to finding your peace is signing up for a complimentary Health History.  I look forward to supporting you.

Sustainable Results

What should you expect after six months?  At the end of our time together you will learn which foods make you feel and look your best.  You will be able to shop and prepare healthy, delicious and easy meals.  You will sleep better and stress less.  You will truly know yourself and will learn which areas of your life are holding you back from being your best self.  But most importantly my goal for you is to be at PEACE with yourself.
